Veena Malik has been removed from the hosting of Astaghfar Show that was to be telecasted on Hero TV during the Holy Month of Ramadan.
The controversial Veena Malik was given an opportunity to host a program in the Holy Month of Ramadan. She faced high criticism from the audience in Pakistan for this act because of which things went wrong for her. Veena Malik has a high disliking in Pakistan these days because of what she did earlier this year. Veena Malik was shown nude in an Indian Magazine with ISI tattoo on her shoulder. That was something not liked by Pakistani People, Government and the Military. There were fatwas issued by the clerics in Pakistan against her. Her family also criticized her badly including his father saying that she is no more a muslim doing such an act.
Hosting a religious program in the month of Ramadan is a holy duty which should be performed by a holy person. Even if a person doesn't have sound knowledge of Islam, the person should at least have a good moral character. Veena Malik is having a bad reputation of her character in Pakistan and people don't even like to see her. In this time period if she hosts a religious program than that could be very much dangerous especially for the channel owners allowing her to do that.
