* Strong background of working with frameworks such as jQuery, YUI, and Dojo and/or a smaller framework you wrote yourself including writing your own widgets!
* Experience with a variety of 3rd party service integrations - preferably with common APIs like Facebook as well as one-off custom integrations with smaller partners.

* Experience shipping features for mobile/tablet platforms.
* Experience designing your own client-side API
