• Must have experience with large consulting firm managing complex global SAP projects
• Must have strong and demonstrated leadership skills including working with C-level executives
• Must understand Program Mgt and Methodology for large SAP projects
• Ideally has experience with Professional Services or certainly complex financial/service to cash projects
• Proven ability to lead large/complex SAP pursuits in a team selling environment, with the expectation of being billable minimum of 25% annually
• Ability to lead the development of an industry-specific SAP solution
• Ability to develop an SAP Professional Services practice
• Demonstrated experience of 10-15 years, minimum, in selling and delivering consulting solutions
• Demonstrated experience of 5-10 years, minimum, working with the SAP projects
• Demonstrated annual consulting project sales in excess of $5M, with new accounts and account expansion
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across a consulting organization with other industry and solution VPs
• Solutions: Deep experience with core SAP ERP, understanding of full SAP product suite, experience working with SAP implementation methodology and program management techniques, experience working with SAP estimating models, understanding of business transformation and change management
• Bachelor's Degree
