Collection Strategy Analyst required

Our client is a growing collection agency based in the Midwest.

Candidate will be responsible for performance of contingency portfolios, including evaluation, planning and implementation of dialer campaigns, letters, portfolio analytics, skip tracing, collector productivity and other key metrics. This is a broad-based role, so we are looking for a self-starter who will leave no stone unturned to identify ways to improve collection performance and efficiency. Must be analytical and able to generate and review reports on all areas of the collection operation. Will also manage vendor relationships as appropriate.

Excellent communication skills required in order to maximize effectiveness among the management team.

Ideal candidate will have strategy background at a collection agency or debt buyer, or be a line collection manager where strategy and analytics was a significant accountability.
