IT support executive required in Islamabad

Main Job Purpose:

To provide technical support to external customers,assisting them about issues for the Company product and service via phone, email.

Duties & Responsibilities:

To provide technical support; answering support queries either onsite or via phone or email.
Maintain a log of any  problems detected.
To allocate more complex service issues to the relevant IT Support member.

Skills:

Database Knowledge MSQL 2008
Web Server Apache
Development Environment by using Zend Core

Excellent telephone manner and face to face communication skills.

Experience:

Fresh Graduates-1 Year Exp

Qualification:

BBA(IT), BIT

Male/Female
