Main Job Purpose:
To provide technical support to external customers,assisting them about issues for the Company product and service via phone, email.
Duties & Responsibilities:
To provide technical support; answering support queries either onsite or via phone or email.

To allocate more complex service issues to the relevant IT Support member.
