The ability to prioritize tasks and manage workloads for subordinates is critical for this position. You have to be able to handle the pressure from many stakeholders and keep a cool head amid tight deadlines and technical challenges. Ideal candidate would be someone that sets a very high work and ethics standards for himself and the team even under high pressure situations.
--Leading a unit of developers within our IM Practice to start with – but with a vision to grow further and run the whole IM Practice in the future. This mainly includes:
--Resource management and allocation
--Technical Project management and as time goes by, overseeing the technical project managers
--Build Architecture and Design for high-complex projects and overseeing the same for low-complexity ones
--Introduce and monitor quality standards and processes
--Involve with US-based customers for now and further evolve into a more senior role to handle multi-regional customers
--Involve in hiring high-caliber associates on a regular basis
--SM will also be involved in company's strategy meetings
