Well Paid Cooking Job

Job Requirements:

1) This job posting is for a cook who has worked in a household.

2) There are only two family members to cook for on a regular basis.

3) Must be able to cook standard Pakistani dishes and know how to make a thin chapatti, “phulka”.

4) Must be able to modify cooking style to suit the taste of the household members.

5) Must be able to serve food to household members and guests

a) Must know how to set-up a table for serving food

b) Must know how to prepare salad

c) Must know how to serve tea and appetizers

6) Must do all work required in the kitchen

a) Cleaning dishes

b) Cleaning cooking range, oven and cabinets

c) Putting items in proper places

7) Must be able to buy groceries from bazaar

8) It would be a plus if able to do other household work

9) Must live on house premises while on duty.

1. Metriculate
2. Driver Licence

Benefits:

1. Reasonable salary that will be adjusted according to market fluctuation
2. Every 6 months a bonus depending upon the performance of work. Bonus can be equal to zero to one month salary.  First bonus will be given after 1 year based upon the evaluation of first 6 months and then every 6 months.  To earn the bonus you have to be employed when bonus is due.
3. Accommodation and food will be provided while on job.
4. Will work on all weekend and national holidays (however leave can be taken any time with prior planning and agreement of employer)
5. 48 paid vacation days every year.  No more than 15 consecutive days of vacation can be taken.
6. Any day off without prior agreement will result in a deduction from salary.  Deduction per day equals monthly salary/30
