Administrative Assistant Job



Confirm accuracy and completeness of arrangements and deliver tickets and other documents to executives.

 

Arrange all aspects of on-site and off-site group meetings (space, catering, technology, transportation, materials, etc.)

 

Provide assistance with copying, faxing, and distribution of materials.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

2-4 years of experience

Excellent communication skills

Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and have the ability to work in a fast-paced demanding environment.

BA/BS Degree required
